Any laws regarding nudity on C.D. covers or inserts?

I just want to know if there are any laws regarding this? I want to know if there is anything you can do to stop a possible project, or slow it down that involves nudity. Not for an all-out battle on all things, just one project? Is there anyone viewing who has legal experience on this type of thing?

I am not talking "pornography", but nudity. I would like specific laws, if someone is that educated - laws with the actual reference numbers would be even better, if there really is such a thing.

Pornography is punishable in most countries but the implementation of the laws against it is not executed due to bribery.
