Moses: Egyptian name, "son" ...Hebrew, "drawn," as he was drawn from the water. Moses, a Jew, was only one of many Jewish sons to have been killed, but his mom put him in the basket and was found by the Pharaoh's daughter to claim as her own. Of course, he was brought up as a wealthy, educated, military-skilled man. Therefore, that would help w/information regarding his being a good leader, and perhaps philosopher [of what is right/wrong] from the start.

Having his leadership skills and a man of 40, he had killed an Egyptian man to protect a common worker. He had to flee..and of course found later, after wondering around and living as a shepherd, he was a Jew. If you read in Exodus Ch. 2, [in a Bible that is easy for you to read/understand] you will find this story. Although he was educated, he was NOT a good speaker. His brother Aaron was the speaker for him when he returned to Egypt again.
So to finish this, what he had learned as an Egyptian was his leadership skills being provided as a 'son' of Pharoah, from the 'burning bush' period until his death, God had aided him with the 'strength' that Moses needed to finish the task that God had for him to do.
If this is due as a school report... it will be easy to read Exodus to outline those requirements you are asking for. It isn't a lot of reading. If no Bible in your home..just ask a neighbor to borrow one for a short time to do your work. I'm sure someone will aid you. Just get one that is easily understood by you. Best wishes on your work!

He lead the people out of Egypt and into the Promised Land.

He got an audience with the Pharaoh and tried to get him to release the Israelites (since Moses was a stutterer, imagine the Pharaoh trying to contain his laughter as he listened to Moses talking to him).

On the flip side...must have been incredibly charismatic...he got people to follow him in a desert for 40 years....wow...
