Can a blue moon occur in February ?

I looked this up once and the answer is no. But i'm gonna go check to make sure.

I remembered right, lunar cycle is 29.35 days so won't quite fit in even in leap year.

well the most days Febuary can have is 29 and the lunar cycle is just over 29 days so I am going to have to say no.
