No way - I either ignore as I do with boring or useless responses or give the odd thumbs down if they are a bit too nasty. The only ones I report are foully abusive or racist, anti gay, or really vicious, hurtful and unkind (not only to me but to others), I wish I felt justified sometimes with religious cant as well but it is hard to do that when someone who means well goes on and on about faith etc., I don't like reporting anyone but sometimes it just has to be done. On the other hand just a difference in opinion is not enough to warrant reporting and nor is a hug or smile or how are you question or answer.

No, I only report someone if they were extremely offensive. I think reporting someone just because their answer was unrelated to the question is a little uncalled for.

No I'm not that big a loser.
Besides, almost nobody ever answers my questions properly ... I'd be reporting at least 300 people a day! I really don't think Yahoo would listen to me after a while.

I only report for downright rudeness or spamming. For poor answers i give the thumbs down.
