hi, this is a really horrible question to ask.. but i have been reading some links.. which led me to this http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/2810_maddie.shtml
As I read I felt SO sick and I think if it was my daughter, I would be praying she was dead rather than her endure this.. If this was my 'choice' (hobson's choice!!) I would rather my little girl was dead and at peace, rather than being subjected to these unimaginable disgusting pervert's... i don't think it would "give me hope that she is still alive" ..Am I wrong to think this? does it become "selfish" to want her ALIVE at any cost to herself ?? ...I hope I have explained myself in this question and it is not really about the McCanns..

I hope that Madeleine is being looked after by a childless couple. It makes me feel ill to think that she could be being subjected to this sort of disgusting treatment. I would honestly rather she had died of an overdose than at the hands of a paedophile, because at least she would have died peacefully in familiar surroundings, instead of being tortured and suffering. I still hope and pray that she will be found safe and well, and then returned to her parents. It breaks my heart, it really does.

IMHO It is unimaginable that the McCanns have harmed the kid, accidently or otherwise, and their first reaction being to devise and keep up this elaborate cover up. A normal parents first reaction would be to call emergency service and there is nothing to suggest that the McCanns were anything but normal people before she went missing. I agree they don't act the way I imagine myself acting in that situation but none of us are walking in their shoes and people deal with trauma differently. I believe it's more likely that Maddie has been earmarked by a paedo who works on the complex. One phonecall to tell someone that the kids are alone and only being checked every half hour. It's just a theory because I like all of you don't know whats happened to her.

I think the claim 'The highly-respected Spanish detective agency Metodo 3 have NEVER FAILED to find a missing person they've hunted' sounds quite ludicrously untrue of any organisation. 'Metado 3' (or '3rd Method') (http://www.metodo3.es/eng/entrada.html) are primarily associated with 'Corporate Fraud'.

Interesting though to read one of the only attributed sources in the entire article - 'Metodo 3 managing director Francisco Marco, 35, exclusively told the News of the World: "I'm certain Madeleine was kidnapped. And I'm also sure her parents had nothing to do with her disappearance.' "My own view is the most likely place to find her is Morocco"

Kind of puts the reputation on the line doesnt it, however at the end of the day we are not reading FACT we are reading OPINION.

One thing is for sure the UK press love a 'peado story' and the McCanns certainly know how to feed that thirst of the tabloids.

More from the McCann spin machine!! every day it's something different!

I will say this again. Until ALL of those involved volunteer themselves for a lie detector test no progress is likely to be made. LIES are just as revealing in an investigation as the TRUTH!!

Nothing to hide? then take the test!!

Hi IZO...... have you caught up on the beauty sleep ?LOL
I agree with what you are saying .If the poor mite is with perverts then her mind and body will be irrepairably damaged but alas my theory is that she is dead and has been from day one so I had blocked the horrible peado thing out of my mind. In my opinion the only two nasties here are the parents.

I understand what you mean, but I don't think I could ever wish a child of mine dead.
If I had absolute proof she was being abused I'd want her brought back to put an end to her physical suffering, not dead to put an end to it.
If I found out she had died AFTER suffering such abuse, I'd be thankful for the fact she wasn't enduring it any more, but that's different to hoping she's dead.

If its the News of the World, its certainly not news. The paper(comic) is pure entertainment usually at someone elses expense. So my advice would be to ignore the story, stop buying a trashy Murdoch paper and move on.

I am sure you dont mean what you say but so upset at the thought of it.We are able to patch up lives that are subject to ill treatment sometimes.we must not even think about taking a life let alone one of our own kids no matter what the circunstances.I dont condem you for what you said but put it out of your mind,it will be OK.

I agree totally with you, what if they never find her and she's with those sickos? I" d rather her be in God's comfort than in the hands of pedos for this long of a time. The not knowing would kill me - I wish so bad that if she is gone, that they could find her body. Atleast they could have some kind of peace knowing she's with God.

I can't imagine any parent not wanting their child to be alive. There is always hope, and no matter what has happened, a parent hopes to make it better and deals with whatever the outcome.
