they try to create laws that benefit the country. the Supreme Court and Congress are the only two bodies that can create laws in the U.S. The important thing the house of reps does is have the "power of the purse"

I saw that, and I wondered the same thing myself. Speaking of loons it reminds me of the time when Ann Coulter claimed on some right-wing talk show three or four years ago that a secret FBI operation had found a "dirty" nuclear weapon in the hands of terrorists in New York Harbor. No one asked her to provide documentation. No one asked her to indicate how SHE knew about it, since it was so secret. No one has since asked her what the **** ever happened with her outrageous claim, and why no one other than her has ever published the story. You have to wonder about some of these crazies and the people who follow their every sentence. They spout off absolute nonsense, and still get elected or published. Seriously.
