we cut it off or make sure that the "fat cats" don't just buy a Benz and villa in France? There must be some way to make sure if we help a country the money will be given to those who need it. Is the answer only trade goods?

why do we have to help other countries?????? I'm tired of pay,pay,paying, any one else out there agree with me????? and that stuff happens all the time, years ago they busted the ceo, of the united way, he bought a lear jet!!!!!!!!!

Aid must be applied in the proper perspective which means that aid must be given to the poor and not to benefit the rich people.

Well, I don`t think tht you are gifting money to poor people, I´m think you invest in tht country, but you don`t need do this, may be Germany or Russia or England or France can do it, but is convenient for US?
