Topo Gigio (aka "The Little Italian Mouse").
Most importantly - this is the kindest memory in addition to what you asked.

My cat was 16 years old when he died (would have lived longer but was hit by a car). Contrary to popular belief, wet/canned food is healthiest for cats by far. Mine was fed on Hills cat food starting with the kitten up to senior food in old age. The reason is, in the wild, cats normally get most of their water content directly from their prey items and drink very little. Domestic cats are no different, and because of the fact that they are designed to take in water with their meal, they have a very low thirst drive. Cats often just don't drink enough. This leads to urinary tract infections and crystals. The bit about dry food being better for teeth is a myth and has not been proven in the least (cats barely even chew their dry food and, really, does a pretzel clean /your/ teeth? Cats should have their teeth brushed with cat toothbrushes and cat toothpaste at least a few times a week as well as see the vet for dental cleanings when necessary /regardless/ of what they are being fed). Canned/wet food is better because it more closely mimics the cat's natural diet.

True story.
Sitting in the bath at (I was told later) two years old. My mother left the room - which would never happen nowadays - and I picked up a shiny thing from the bath-side and chewed on it for a bit. It felt funny in my mouth.
My mother came back in the bathroom and went bananas. I spent the next X hours with cotton wool stuffed in my mouth while my mother yelled at my father.
Turns out it was an old fashioned razor blade.

My Grandad died when I was a toddler and I only have one memory of him. I remember going to visit my Grandma and Grandad, I walked in the door and he was standing on a chair hanging curtains. He looked down at me and said "Hello, pet.".
I can even remember what he was wearing.
HOWEVER, every member of my family I've told (I'm the youngest) have told me that wouldn't have happened because he would never do anything so useful as hang curtains.
Well this day, he did. It's my only memory of either Grandad (I didn't even meet the other one apparently) and they're not taking it away from me.

19 months lying in the back of a plymouth station wagon leaving from Missouri to California. I remember my second birthday party very well. My uncle pulled my searsucker shorts down just as the took a picture. That was 55 years ago. My trouble, I can't remember yesterday!

My first memory stems from when I was taken to the doctor for a set of vaccinations at the age of 3 weeks. The reason I remember that is that it hurt so bad I was unable to walk for the next 16 months.
My brother claims to have memories from within the womb about some guy poking him in the back.

Nope..The furthest I can get is when I was just before I started my first year of school. Me and my mum decided to go to the bakery to get some bread cakes. My baby brother was in the pushchair and I had my pretend one. We got down the street and down the corner and it started thunderings. It then started pouring it down with rain and we stood under a tree for a bit then we decided to run for home! When we got in I remember e looking after my brother while my mum was in the shower and then we had jam on toast.

When I was 4 my Mother was rocking me in front of the wood stove. I can remember her humming and the closeness and security I felt. I can still remember her smell and the squeeking of the that old wooden rocker.
