My sims disc isnt being read!?

I need help. My sims pets game isn't being read. it keeps getting corrupted and shutting down during im playing. But after it corrupted for the last time, it's not being read right now. And this popup telling me tempt is corrupted..so what should I do?

Try cleaning your disc. If it still does it then it may need to be replaced. You can also go to the EA Games website and purchase the download, then you wont need a disc but you will need to be connected to the internet so that your EA downloader can load the game for you.
