it means they need rescued from something they have no control over in their lives. means they think if someone doesn't help them that they will do wrong things that are destructive.

Could mean many different things. But I think the root of the issue here may be depression. Whoever said that needs to talk to their doctor and consider trying anti-depressants.

This is not a good comment.

Its a red flag.

It means they have some sort of disorder (drug dependency, rage, pyromaniac, etc) that if left to his/her own self, this behavior would cause them to do something harmful.

Two courses of action.

1. Get this person help.
2. If they can't be helped, get away.
