hello everyone, I was wondering if my wife is pregnant, is it still okay to have sex with her? Or is it better just to have oral sex? I just dont know, if I wait for 9 months? or do i wait only until the baby is almost fully born or what? I dont want to hurt or harm my wife or baby!
thanks

You are able to have sex with your wife until close the the birth. Some people will say you can until a day or two before birth while others say that you should stop earlier. Some cultures say you should stop at 8 months duration and then wait until a minimum of six weeks after the birth (to allow the vagina to heal, reduce to normal size and to overcome the pain of childbirth).

You will have to use other positions as your wife becomes bigger, as some positions are more uncomfortable than others during pregnancy.

Talk to you local doctor and your wife's Obst/Gyn about the matter for a more professional advice.

Unless otherwise specified by her doctor not to have sex, it is perfectly safe. As the baby grows and your wife gets bigger sex could become uncomfortable in certain positions, so you might have to switch it up a bit. Many pregnant women are more sensitive when they are pregnant and some even achieve better orgasms. So have fun!

It's sweet that you are so considerate of her! As long as she is comfortable, you can continue to have sex until her water breaks. At that point, sex is an infection risk and she probably won't feel like it anyway! LOL

You may have to experiment with new positions because the old ways may be uncomfortable but many women continue to enjoy sex straight through pregnancy
Have fun!

You have to make sure just to be gentle. Word of warning though, the semen does contain something (dont know the technical term) that can cause labor...
speaking by example, I had sex with my hubby and my water broke a half-hour later..I wasnt due for another couple weeks...
also you hafta think that you cant have sex for about six weeks after your baby is born, so I say go for it just be careful and make sure your wife is comfy. good luck

You can continue to make love as long as it is comfortable for your wife, and she has no complications... Enjoy it, after the baby is born, there will be little time for it.... Congrats!!! Enjoy your little one, they grow up way too fast!
