In March I took my computer in(virus etc) That was when the time changed. We brought it back and it didn't change it. I left it there for a long time. Then I changed it. Now it keeps goin back an hour. It's not even November 4th yet. It did it the first time, like a month ago or something. What the hell is goin on? I changed it once, never touched it. It does it on it's own. I see it stays the same for a while, then I barely notice and it changes!

Sounds like you have daylight saving set to on, check that first, as Mar and Oct seem to be the hints.

this appears to be the automatic daylight savings time update setting
Turn that setting to off and it will stop adjusting the time for you.
