Why can I not scroll through iTunes with my mouse wheel?

I have no problem scrolling through my music on my laptop with the touch pad scrolling device, but my mouse wheel is not working at all. Both work on all other pages, just not iTunes. I have the latest version of iTunes and I can't find anything about this problem on apple.com. Could someone please help?

I can do it on my iTunes. Make sure the mouse cursor is on the panel you want to scroll.
