Sounds way too good to be true.

Not Britian or Switzerland...though both are pretty liberal when it comes to race. Sorry, personal opinion. Definitely NOT the United States. I'm speaking from experience when I say Britain and the United States are not perfectly tolerant--got way too many dirty looks and a pretty nasty garbage-throwing incident near London. I speak of Switzerland this way because, according to a professor of mine, Switzerland does not welcome new citizens. You're born there, 100% Swiss, or you're an outsider... With an outlook like that, there has to be some racism, or ethnic pride at the very least.

I don't know if you can measure the "least racist" country. Typically, if you're perceived to be a native of a certain area, or a member of the majority, you are generally more accepted (though there are many exceptions). For example, a Vietnamese individual faces little racism in the cities of Florida and California, where their numbers are high, but considerably less in, well, Vietnam.

Antartica, only cause the least people live there!

Although, Ireland[my country] is not very racist as before the last 10 years there were very few foreigners living there. I lived in Belgium when i was younger and was astounded by the level of institutional racism. I noticed that darker skinned people made up a large percentage of the poorer classes. This is not so in Ireland, the majority of poor were born locally and white skinned. However if the economy slumps, i think we'll probably blame the immigrants.

I've heard that things are ok in Sweden and some of the other Scandinavian countries. Quality of life tends to be good there, so there's less need to blame outsiders for internal problems.

Definitely NOT the UK. I've been living here for a few years and am still astonished by the amount of racism that comes out of English mouths. Even more so by how they'll say these derogatory things while insisting that they're not racist. Well-intentioned, well-educated folk too.

And definite, there are homes here. it is not all flats. pshh. do not pay attention to that angelsomethingsomething chick.
