I am 18 and work in a body repair shop my boss says i have to be 21 before i can drive the ferrari's but i am allowed to drive the other fast cars.

My guess is he lets you drive the other cars because they aren't as expensive. There isn't any age requirement to drive any specific type of car, he just probably doesn't want the liability, or his insurance won't cover it.

In terms of license requirements, there is nothing different from a Ferrari than any other car. If you can drive a Honda, you can drive a Ferrari. However, it sounds like the issue here is not what cars you are legally allowed to drive, but what cars your at your place of work that your boss allows you to drive.

Either because of his insurance coverage, or because he forsees possible issues with a young driver in a fast expensive car, he has (according to you) told you that you have to be 21. So it seems like you answered your own question already.

you can drive any car as long as you are legally licensed to drive. a "make" of car never has an age limit on it.
