look at thrift shops like goodwill and salvation army. camo clothes arent in style right now, so finding them in normal stores would be nearly impossible. thrift shops are good like that though and have things from a while ago. just spend a day going to a bunch in your town and see what you find.

The only place I can think of is the military clothing on a military base, but I am not sure if you are near one or have access to one. Your brother might be your only shot.

yeah, look at your local costume store. also look for uniform makers and have one made.
