There are no dance moves to make anyone's legs longer. Its just how you are born and how you grow. However, try stretching, which will loosen up your muscles and joints, which may help. Try touching your toes, or if you can, try to bend as far as possible. If you legs are chunky as in:
Muscular: stretch. Don't try to make your legs look less muscular by gosh know what. Eventually, when you grow, you will even out.
Fatty: Excersice and stretch. Take up a new sport or do a weekly walk with a friend. Get fresh air and and be happy (being happy DOES help you lose fat).

a few years ago i had really chunky legs because i was using my thighs too much and gripping them in everything i did. then i began thinking about making my legs really stretched and long whenever i danced. i know it sounds corny but you can feel the energy coming out of your toes when you do it correctly. its totally transformed my legs. but beyond that and stretching there isnt much you can do about your body type.

Like everyone alreay said, you can't change the lengh of your legs, but you can change the appearance of how long they look. It always amazed me how profesional ballroom dancers look really tall from far away, it looks like have longer legs and longer body too, but when I walk up to them it turns out than they are shorter than me.

no there isnt but to make them look longer do lots of extentions and reaching when u dance dont be small be big and stretch like u want to touch the ceiling!

Its in your genes, you can't change the length of your legs.
If you want to tone your legs there are different exercises you can do and that will make them leaner, but if you have short legs there's nothing you can do about it.
