i'm always late for work , but on time for most things, i hate meeting someone at a bar/pub resturant on my own , so sometimes i tend to arrive a few minutes late

It depends I usually always late because I'm lazy but sometime if Im pushed I get there on time but if I do I usually forget something.

Easy solution: Leave one half- to one whole hour early. This will allow you to prepare for any impending traffic or interruptions you may come across.

i hate letting people down.
when i was in labour with my first baby i still walked 1 mile to my midwife appointment
i don't know how i managed it but i did
