In my work I have seen it over and over again where women can not decide on something and their husbands become frustrated and just want to get it over with.

Is it possible that women are waiting for some sort of feeling before deciding? Do they need time to be aroused before making a commitment?

We're women, we think differently than men. Men have a
question and go straight to a logical answer.....
Women have to consider feelings of others, their own
emotions, alternative options and many issues reguarding
feasablitiy. Financial and Reprocussions of decisions.

You've made an incorrect generalization. Maybe the women in your life can't make decisions. Maybe you're only attracted to women who can't make decisions.
I've seen the same kind of thing in men, and many of the women I know are, in fact, people who make decisions.
People who have trouble making decisions sometimes see all the good things about all the options and want them all. Sometimes they see all the bad things about all the options and don't want any of them. Sometimes people who won't make a decision want someone else to make it so if it turns out to be the wrong one they, themselves, won't be the ones who made the mistake. Its a manipulation technique that helps the manipulator "always come out smelling like a rose". People who are unreasonably perfectionist also can have trouble making decisions because they don't see perfection in any of the options and aren't happy with any of them.

Can you honestly say that women take a long time to make a decision, and men don't? If so, then you're hanging out with a minority of very strange and unusual people. I can't really answer the question, because the premise you base it on simply isn't true. Sorry!

it's your opinion, not a fact. not all woman can't decide. some women are great in making decision. your questions more like a judgemental (sorry, didn't mean so rude to ya).
