If the other party in the case (the one moving) filed for a reassessment in their State the order would be recalculated based on that State's child support laws.

You, while continuing to reside in the State of the original order, have no standing to request the order be changed to the new State's laws. If the other party is now making more money in the new State you may be able to get the order reassessed for that.

We support the blue jackets - who suck! - and this isn't a hockey area - it's never been one. Football is life for most of central ohio - yes it would stretch the support of the state - but you give people in Columbus who are already extremely prideful about where they come from and the traditions thereof - something else to take pride in - and even if they're horrible ... they will support it. The destroyers have a good crowd when they play - and lets face it the AFL is horrible - but we still go. This area would support it in a heart beat - put a buckeye great somewhere in the line up and we'll come out in droves. For god's sake - imagine - the OSU bucks would end up being a farm team for a pro team that plays 10 minutes away.

That would be decided by the court. Child Support Bureau has no say in changing orders. Only receiving and distributing funds.

Columbus, Ohio would probably retain jurisdiction in the case, so your support probably wouldn't change, although you could ask whether such things as travel expenses for the child for vistation can be included in the calculation.
