I'm 17 yrs old, I'm 5'3" and I weight 210 lbs. I went to Lane Bryant to get sized for a bra (as I have never been sized my whole life and have always just worn the biggest size I could find) and the sales associate told me I am a 36 H!!!! They don't even carry this size in the store, just online!! I am motified. I do understand that I am overweight, and this plays a big part..but even when I was thin, I had huge boobs..just not this big. They are really ruining my life. I cant find anything to wear..I cry every night due to back and neck pains..and they are just too much weight to carry. I cant exercise because its too hard. I do not want a reduction. Does anyone know of anything I can do, or any exercises that might target my breasts? I need help quick! Any CONSTRUCTIVE advice would be much appreciated!!

I'm scared that if I lose a massive amount of weight all over, my boobs will get all saggy and I will be left with stretch marks. Kind of like what happens to peoples stomach after they loose lots of weight.

I didn't mean exercise is too hard because I'm lazy, I meant exercise is too hard when you have 2 GIANT watermelons in the way of everything. I can't do ****..can't run..can't play a sport..nothing. Imagine having to carry two heads on your chest all day.

DO cardio (walking) until you lose some weight. Rub strivectin sd on your breasts and on the sides under your arm. This cram is about $75 a tube (good size) but it is very effective. Remain active and eat right and your boobs will go down. We lose our breast some when we lose weight. I am not sure how small that you want yours to be but that cream is very effective for old and new stretch marks. Begin rubbing it on now before any stretch marks appear.

I'm really sorry but you would just have to lose some weight and some will of course come off your boobs. There are some exercises that arent too hard to do if you just stick with it. Just walking helps more than you might think. I don't think there are exercises to reduce your size. Exercise adds muscle and I don't think you want to add anything.....And you are just big chested. Later on, you will probably want to have a reduction. I just say that because the really big chested women I have known have gone that route. For the same reasons you have said----it hurts! But for now, for your body type, find clothes you feel good in like Lane Bryant and others. Remember that they don't have to ruin your life. I'm sorry I don't have anything else for you. Good luck

You can drop weight by changing your diet alone. Granted it helps to work out but not needed. Try this reduce your fat intake read the labels on every thing you eat. Up your protein intake the ratio that worked for me was 4 to 1 so for every 4 grams of protein I would get 1 gram of fat. reduce your portion sizes of your meals and eat 6 meal a day. try to eat just enough that after 3 hours your hungry. By eating this way you will speed up your metabolism and start burning fat. I know for a fact that this works in the last three months I have lost 35 lb. But I have been working out one day a week also. best of luck.

You should lose weight. NO offense meant, but you are pretty overweight. Losing weight will help you lose in the breasts until you are at a HEALTHY weight.

If you are still huge at a healthy weight, then you should look into a breast reduction, which could be covered by insurance (it covered mine 100%).

You need to eat HEALTHY! I know a few friends who lost weight just by changing their eating lifestyle and did not work out AT ALL.

You are seriously obese! You need to exercise, and I don't mean running 5 miles. Just simply going for walks has a huge benefit. Try going around the block and continue to build on that. Watch what you eat and exercise and you should see results in multiple places.

I don't think there is any other way to do it than with breast reduction surgery. You need to talk to a plastic surgeon.

if you can loose weight while your young, it'd be best. since your skin is still young it would be able to shrink back to normal. also, there are creams ans lotions that can help.
