Arnold will never be able to run for President of the United States because he is no a Natural Born Citizen of The United States... Read the Constitution!

Bill Gates has got too many brain cells to do it, and whilst big Arnie has the prerequsite experience (used to be an actor, got into politics because he's famous) and the required IQ, which is just high enough to be able to breath unaided (look at George Dubya and try telling me I'm wrong!) he can't be President because he wasn't born in the US.
I don't tend to follow US politics, but I don't think America will vote in a black man OR a woman yet. The country hasn't grown up enough for it.
