Eucalyptus leaf oil is a natural oil that is good for your skin. It is okay to use it - it's just the artificial oils you'll want to avoid. They can clog up your pores and create acne as well as making your skin super oily. Another thing: don't use too much moisturizer; experts agree that is the top cause of oily skin!
Anyway, back to the eucalyptus oil:
If it is the last ingredient, then there is not as much of it so as long as it is used in moderation your skin will be fine.

Avoid skincare products that leave your skin feeling taut and dehydrated. They cause the upper layers of the skin to shrink. This restricts oil flow through the pores leading to blockages and breakouts.
To cleanse oily skin, use oil-based products as they dissolve sebum effectively. Opt for oil-free moisturizers to maintain a shine-free complexion.
The Eucalyptus leaf oil is a type of cleanser. Although it is oil based, it will help.
a couple of things to help with oily / acne based skin:
A) Stay away from over-consumption fast foods!
This is one of the leading causes of acne and oily skin. I am not saying that you should stay away from fast food the rest of your life, but just limit it to once a week, or less. (if you haven't already.)
B) Try not to rely too heavily on over-the counter products to reduce the acne and oily skin.
Oily skin needs special cleansing with plenty of hot water and soap to prevent the pores from being clogged. Avoid harsh products that strip your skin of oil and encourage flakiness. They can cause a reaction known as reactive seborrhea, where the oil glands work overtime to compensate for the loss of natural oils.

If it 'dissolves oil' it sounds like it should be okay, just try it out for a week or so and see what your skins life.
As i guess you know products that are oil free are best for acne prone skin. I've never actually heard of a cleanser that dissolves oil but for me that sounds like a good thing if you have oily skin!

The oil in the cleanser bonds to the oil and dirt on your face to get it out of there. Makes sense, hunh? Water wouldn't connect with it at all!

It is very important that you use Deep Cleaner every night before you put on the night cream for oily skin. After applying you must wipe off very gently the cream what is too much on your face.

Try some foam bath with honey and milk and this should do the trick. Vitamin E also is good for the skin and lubrication of body cells.

sometimes with products like that it's hit and miss, sometimes it's better to have alittle versus none or none at all, kinda depends on the product and how ur skin reacts to it, i would try it for a couple days and if there's no change don't use it anymore and try a different product or talk to a dermatologist

best to get oil free products, plus stay away from those containing alcohol as that will dry your skin out and make it worse
