you should probably see your doctor about this one... not ask "Yahoo Answers" I think a medical professional is the best for your Q/A

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Sounds like a good opportunity to quit smoking. I'm also on Metformin, and I'm a non-smoker. I've never had any side effects.

You don't state your age, but as nicotine is a vasoconstrictor, and one of the most prevalent side effects of long term diabetes is death of/infection in extremities (ie your feet and legs) due to poor circulation/death of the capillaries plus diabetic retinopathy (bursting of or uncontrolled growth of capillaries in your eyes), it is NOT in your best interests to smoke. If you're diabetic, you've already got way more than enough wrong with your body without adding a nicotine addiction to it all. Quit today.

Smoking and diabetes is a lethal combination. Smoking causes narrowing of blood vessels, high blood pressure, poor oxygen levels in the blood and poor circulation resultin in heart disease and stoke. Heart attack and stroke can cause nausea and "feeling poorly"; you should see your doctor ASAP.
Diabetes also increases your risk of heart disease and stroke and poor cirulation, the best thing you can do for your health is to quit smoking.
