I use the same towel for a week, then spread it out on the shower stall to dry [we get a great breeze through the bathroom window].
My take on this is that the towel isn't wiping dirt off your body -- it's drying off your clean body, so all the towel is picking up is clean water.
Besides, I'm very big on conserving resources. To use a fresh towel every day would mean substantially more water for laundering towels -- an egregious waste of water, in my opinion.

I have always used my towels for a week and changed them, usually on Mondays. I have a teenage daughter who thought towels were a one-use item (apparently like most of you), and the amount of laundry was driving me nuts!
I got rid of half my towels, and kept eight, two of each color. Each family member was assigned a color, and they got that towel for a week. Then I took them all and replaced them with fresh ones.
Think about it, folks. You are CLEAN when you get out of the shower. If you hang it up immediately and don't let it lay in a pile on the floor, it won't get smelly. Don't waste water!

Depends. If I have just come in from the hot tub to sleep, I will rinse off and use that towel and in the morning use the same one. Otherwise, I generally use a fresh one each time.

i've got self assurance that that's stunning to a great number of human beings, some individuals secure, yet extraordinarily to human beings exterior of the U.S. warm water is costly, showers take time, towels dry sparkling our bodies(why no longer use them extra advantageous than as quickly as--shop time and water doing laundry, which in many international locations has to dry on a garments line...very impractical for each relatives member to have 3 towels on the line commonplace. Small flats only won't enable it), and it dries out ones dermis. maximum human beings i know bathe a minimum of as quickly as an afternoon.

Fresh for me!
I have two young kids and I tend to use the same towel on them since they're getting out of the tub one right after another.

People with common sense will know that you are clean when you use the towel so as long as it can hang up to dry throughly it can be used a few times. That is if you are the only one to use it dont share with anyone. Lets save water soap electricity and our planet .

Heard, many people saying that they use new towel, Well thats not required. Coz you use the towel everytime, after you take a bath, so your body is pretty clean. If you dry it, you can use it again.
And ppl dont say that its not hygenic..

I re-use towels... I am lazy and don't really believe it is clean or not.
It is possible that all the dirt on your body, especially if you scrub yourself, is gone by the time you need a towel, and the only thing being absorbed by the towel is water.
