I am guessing potatoes, because we did a lab with hydrogen peroxide, apples, potatoes, and liver, and the reaction was fastest with liver, then potatoes, then apples.

Does anyone know for sure?

You're sequence is correct. Potatoes have more catalase than apples.

If that is what you saw in the lab, the you can conclude that potato has more catalase than apples. When you do a lab like this, your answers to questions about your observations have to be based on what you actually see in the experiment.

I have no idea whether potatoes do actually have more catalase, but I'm willing to bet that they do, based on the results of the experiment.
