I think most people who point their fingers are doing it because they are insecure with themselves and possibly their family. If they point their fingers, it makes them feel better. Most times you see it in the workplace, unfortunately. People are envious of what they do NOT get yet...think they deserve it ! All in all, my opinion is insecurity with themselves.

because it's easier than taking responsibility.
it began with the legal fiction of corporate personhood, and it trickles down to the rank and file.

because its human nature to see others mistakes and not your own
we like to judge each other and feel morally superior
