Why is Do i Get like A boom IN my Ear .?

i mean its more like a thump .. like if i had a heart in my ear jaja . for real . i can hear it right now thump thump thump ...=]and stops then after a few min. its starts again.

I get the same thing- it's like a muscle is twitching or fluttering inside the ear canal, right? Feels like the eustachion tube is opening and closing rapidly? Any other symptoms??

I have sometimes heard my heart beating thru my ears. I have had this occur sometimes because of the way I stretch. I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think could be going on.
