consult a divorce lawyer , or stop at the courthouse and ask if you can do-it-yourself. If you can they will have the documents and a guide for what you need to do.

I think most states require a seperation period first.

MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT..DIVORCES COST ALOT OF MONEY SO BE SURE THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO AND NOT JUST A SPUR OF THE MOMENT THING. THEN IF IT IS FIND A LAWYER .
