Are there any changes that things can be worked out and repair the damages into your marriage? Think about the consequences of divorce. Would you be happy after divorce and what will be the effects of divorce after its finalized. How are your kids going to reacts or what effect would they feel about this divorce? think about your financial status after divorce. just make a list of advantages and disadvantages before and after divorce and weigh all the options. So if you have positive result that divorce is worth than staying married, begin your plans and arrangements for divorce. Get all your properties documents you all acquired together, including monetary statements from your both or your bank accounts.If your partner is not a threat to your life open up a better communication and decide what you Will want to do. perhaps this is a mark for the last chance and if nothing worked out or agreed upon, you may decide if you will per sue the divorce on your own, or get an attorney. But its advisable to know what your rights are before your high an attorney and remember, sometimes divorce proceedings are to much expensive than marrying someone.

consult a divorce lawyer , or stop at the courthouse and ask if you can do-it-yourself. If you can they will have the documents and a guide for what you need to do.
I think most states require a seperation period first.

MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT..DIVORCES COST ALOT OF MONEY SO BE SURE THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO AND NOT JUST A SPUR OF THE MOMENT THING. THEN IF IT IS FIND A LAWYER .

go see a lawyer..... the 1 hour consultation is like $50 and he can give you information that is priceless in such situations...
