God I hope not, that gimmick was enjoyable for a little while, but I mean come on, that lasted for years. I suprisingly really liked Helms heel character, true he isn't too tough with his lisp, but it was a breath of fresh air next to the Hurricane.
at least he isn't Sugar Shane Helms anymore
