Lets say you made goals for yourself. But then, you get side tracked with all the crap in your life. Then you have second thoughts about it because the goals are hard to attain and you just had a major setback. How do you keep on with your goals even if you lost the desire because you have no other options?

Well first of all a very good question. We all get side tracked as yourself but by knowing what is important in your life, like your goals and ambitions you will be able to remain focused on them and not lose sight.

Set priorities, what is tops on your list and stick to them.If you have a setback just know it is OK and get back on track as soon as you are able.

Try not to get down and always remain upbeat and positive. Before you know it your desire will return and you will discover that you never really lost it, you just had other obstacles to overcome before you reach what you want to attain.

Most importantly never give in or give up on your objectives, and don't let second thoughts get in your way on what you want to achieve. If you set you mind to it you can accomplish most anything. Good luck to you always.

That is so hard and has happened to me several times. Usually it is my goals that get put on the back burner and I carry on with the crap. Because if I don't take care of the stuff that comes up, I can't get anywhere. It gets to the point that you just give up on your goals because you know there is more crap coming so you sit and wait for it. I guess in case you have to duck.

Think about it this way: Some day I'll be 50, do I want to be 50 doing what my goal was or be 50 and have nothing?
