Actually you don't get rid of all the sperm in one ejaculation. If you can still "***" again, then you still have sperm in it, unless totally sterile. The volume may be less, but the possibility of pregnancy would still exist.
Pre-*** also contains sperm.

Not a lot of difference between loads unless you do a lot in one day. The sperm cells in the semen (only 2 to 5% of the volume) is stored for use, and mixed with the semen during the prelude to ejaculation, There is quite a bit stored up, and your testicles are continually producing cells so you will never run out. And besides, 999 or 1000 times, most guys don't want sperm cells getting loose anyway!

15-20 minutes. Better wait 30. After your 3rd ejaculation, you can't ejaculate anymore for a couple of hours.
