Met a Mexican National Woman on a weekend summer vacation in Mexico. Two months later I was contacted by her saying she is pregnant and wants support.

Is it possible for her to obtain and enforce a Mexican Support Order against me since I am a US citizen and a resident of both California and Pennsylvania.

This woman has no VISA and is unable to travel to the US.

Ask for a DNA confirmation, and if it is yours, pay for your child. If its not then of course not.
Just don't try to pretend that because she isn't a citizen you have the right to ignore your child. That's wrong.

Does the US Citizen appears as the biological father in the Child Birth Certificate (American, Mexican or Both). Was the Child ever registered as an "American Born Abroad" by the Father? I guess the Court can always call for a DNA test when in doubt. Options: 1) Take the Father to an American Court so he will pay Child Support 2) Negotiate a Lump Sum, if the Father has not registered the kid as an American born abroad, ask him to do so as part of the negotiation. That way the Kid will freely emigrate to USA when he is 18.

You should do the right thing and support your child....
But, do the DNA first. About the last person to trust in the world is a woman like the one you described.
No DNA = no dinero!

I am sure it is possible, but very difficult.

Personally, if it comes down to it...seek an order for paternity..if its yours and she can cut through the red tape, you'll likely have to (and should) pay.

she better prove it's YOUR kid first.. and that means HER paying for a DNA test. If she drops her request after that.. it probably isn't your's, you just happen to be the richest gringo she knows.
