why do people think...?

why do people think emos cut themselves? really, only a fraction do! they probably dont even consider themselves emo. what is your opinion?

When we look into the unknown we typically hold on to superstitions, assumptions, and ignorance to see us thru. So emo's are no different, they'll be stereotyped by an individual till that individual mets one and sees for themselves that they, like any group, can't by reality be truly generalized. Short of that is good old pride confounding prejudice, hey it wasn't any different for any other stereotypical group....
