When I try to sex with my girlfriend I can´t stay for more than 2 minutes. My penis is small and become very sloth after conjugation. It usually do not get more stronger and I feel pain in the root of my penis. How can I get stronger penis whatever the size that I can stay more with my girlfriend.

This sounds like a medical problem, not just a "not so strong penis". I think if you visit the doctor you may find there's an underlying problem. you shouldn't have pain at the root of your penis!

You do not shrink. If you have problems with masterbation, don't do it, but don't try and convince others that masterbation is wrong or harmful, it isn't. Easiest way to get rid of premature ejac is to practice via masterbation, taking it slow and trying to not make masterbation a speed event. Make yourself ejaculate only after 10 or 15 minutes of self pleasure, and that will train your body to respond more slowly
