First of all, drinking urine, or Urophagia, is generally concidered harmless, as the urine of most healthy individuals is concidered sterile. You just need to ensure that you do not have a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), or any other type of infection in your bladder or kidneys.
Second, as far as the taste goes, there are a few things you can do. You can drink some water or pop about an hour before hand, to dilute the urine. Or, if you are old enough, drink beer, because some say it gives the urine a better taste. Also, alcohol acts as a diuretic, so it will increase your urine output. Lastly, sugar can make urine taste sweeter, so eat some pineapple, or artificial sweetener before hand. Avoid Asparagus, as this will have an opposite effect and make it taste bitter.
I have never done this, but if it's something you want to try, more power to you. Just be careful. And no, do not save your urine. It will become a breeding ground for bacteria. It must be "Fresh". If you have any adverse effects, see a Dr. immediately. Good Luck.

I save my urine for later consumption. These people don't know what they are talking about as far as keeping it sterile. You need to order sterile urine cups. They are cheap. I order mine from Cascade Healthcare... but there are many companies that sell them, just Google it. After you urinate in the cup, you will want to seal it and then put it in the freezer immediately if you do not plan immediate consumption. When you are ready to consume, simply let it thaw and drink... but don't let it get warm. Drinking urine has many health benefits... it is good for the skin and sex-drive too! Enjoy!

Urine is the only sterile body fluid AS SOON as it comes out and then immediately begins to grow bacteria. Drinking urine is not advised. Sorry.

Your urine is water mixed with waste products that your body has discarded. If the stuff in urine were good for you, the body would not have gotten rid of it. It is like emptying your garbage can back inside the house. Your kidneys just have to filter out the same unusable stuff over and over again -- how can that be good for you? Drink plain water to help your kidneys flush out toxins, and once they are out of your body, leave them out.

yuk!
urine is sterile when it comes out, but how do you plan on keeping the bacteria out of it? And why would you want to drink your own urine?
