I have everything I need in my life right now.
And ususally, i would be happy and enjoying my life,
but recently for the past week, there's been this one little thing that's dragging me down, and leaves me feeling sad.

And i cant pinpoint what that is.

Because i cant figure out what it is, i cant resolve it or do anything about it. and i'm starting to get sick of the sad feeling.

I really really dont want to become a person whos always depressed and clings on to people.

I want to go back to the person i used to be about a week ago.
the happy, outgoing, not caring so much type of person.

Any suggestions on how to do that?
thanks.

I think i got it...

i just had a transitional period
i was used to staying with my close friends 24/7, but now, we're all seperated from one another...

and i guess i'm out of my 'comfort zone' haha.

and too focused on school work and such...

thanks everyone.
now i have to go and fix it. =]

retrace the steps you've taken back to the time you were happy. compare your life as it was 2 weeks ago with your life now. try to figure out what things have changed; work, family, relationships. if u still can't pinpoint your problem, maybe you could see a therapist. (and no...not all people who see a therapist are physycotic) if all else fails, just get away from the situation for a while...take a trip, do something you've wanted to do your whole life but never had the time to...
i hope i helped. :-)

I guess you would have to look back at what happened this week to cause you to become so unhappy. Honestly, it either had to be something HUGE or it's something that has been coming on for a while now. I would suggest that you take time to think about what it is that could be bothering you. Sometimes it's just as hard being honest with ourselves than it is being honest to other people. If you can figure it out or pin point it you may want to seek some help be it professional or ask a friend, someone who knows you well. Maybe they can help you pin point the cause of your sudden unhappiness. What ever it is I wish you luck and I hope your happiness will return soon.

You feel so sad because you feel lost and maybe to much stress in your life. But remember this no matter how bad this get in your life there are people out there in the world who have it much worst than you. Cheer up!!! Your young and you alive...... Take it day by day. Good Luck.

Listen to music that relates to how you are feeling and get your thoughts out. Then listen to uplifting music like "My Saving Grace" by Mariah Carey. "I am free" by Mariah Carey is another good one. Good luck hun
