No. Sperm are present in the pre-ejaculate all the time. This is why the withdrawl method has a high rate of failure. Use a condom every time, the entire time.

No that's no longer real. each time fluid comes out of the penis and is on the subject of pre-ejaculate, and isn't urine, there is sperm in it. The withdrawal technique won't forestall a woman from starting to be pregnant.

No. There is sperm inside pre*** all the time. That's why you can get a girl pregnant by just rubbing the penis on her vagina. Be careful. . . .wear a condom.

no, sperm is present in any fluids coming from the penis, be it urine, ejaculate or pre ejaculate fluid.
