I was Raped when I was a pre-teen Twice. And Both times I became Pregnant. The Problem?? I am now in my 20s and in a "Legal situation" Because of it . Details: I never told anyone about the "rapes" and my attacker ( whom I lived with) was in a legal gaurdian position over me and had my kids given up and ordered it "Sealed" with a court order AGAINST ME from seeing my kids WITHOUT ME GOING TO TRIAL. Now I want to prosecute him. The only Problem?? When I confronted him about what had happened he Denied he ever raped me and he EVEN denied ever getting me "pregnant" ( he tells people I dont have any kids ) In order to protect himself. Now a lawyer says I have to "PROVE" I had kids. My question is this: CAN A DOCTOR TELL IF YOU HAD KIDS IF IT WAS YEARS AGO?? AND CAN HE TELL HOW MANY?? CAN HE TELL THEESE THINGS EVEN IF IT WERE A C-SECTION??

well not how many or when, but a doctor would be able to find signs of a pregnancy. you should have a scar if you had a c-section

Yes, a Dr. can tell if you've had children but like someone else said, not when and how many. You can always go back to the hospital where you gave birth at or the physician you had your prenatal care with and try and obtain copies of your pregnancy/delivery records. You can also have your lawyer attempt to unseal those court records from when your children were given up. This would very much possibly enable locating the children. Maternity and paternity can then be established with a DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) test which the court itself can order and arrange for all parties (children, "dad", and yourself) to be tested.

A doctor can tell if you've had children, especially if it was a c-section. You undoubtedly have scarring on your skin from the surgery and you will have scarring on your uterus as well. A good doctor will be able to determine if you've had any children or not. As far as how many, I'm not sure about that. Also, the progression of your scars will tell about how old they are as well.

he will definately be able to tell if you had kids and you had a c section done. Even if it is years ago there are always ways doctors can tell these things. Sorry abut loosing your kids and also even more sorry that you had to go thrugh what so many of us women get put through which is rape. I hope the court case goes well and you win and get satisfaction and closure from this horrible ordeal you went through

there is no way a doctor can tell if you had children without a DNA test. If it was a C Section then if you had a scar they could look back at your records to see if any other surgeries were done, but other then that no.

You have to have doctor records... go to the hospital where you delivered the babies and have them make copies of your records... This hurts me to hear about your situation... this man needs to be in jail for a long time! You also have records when you gave up your children... you should find a social worker in your area or have your lawyer help you... you will definitely win this with the right people helping you... good luck

the answer is yes! if you have had a c-section, then you will have a scar from it (trust me I had 3 c's) and any doctor can tell if you had a child and gave birth to a kid. also, you need to try to remember what hospital you had the kids at and what adoption agency you went thru. all of it will help you in the long run. good luck

DNA tests can tell who the parents were. and you must have had these children in a hospital, there should be records of that. And they could probably see the scars from a C-section,

The doctor needs to see DNA samples of your kids. And to they take a medical test to see who your parents are. Both your children need to take it, and the father also needs to take it so do you. Tell your lawyer if the father really has nothing to hide then take the test. You have to take it too, then the test will prove if they really are your kids or not.

i think he can tell there are rips and tears and stuff that mark that like scars and with a c section they can def tell im pretty sure u can get proof go to the dr and find out FOR SURE!!
