Depends on where you live and the laws, in Canada you have to be 18 years old if your place serves alcoholic beverages but you could be a hostess.

I could employ 15 year olds in Iowa, but with the parents' or guardian's permission. And they had to be out of the restaurant by 10 p.m. You just can't carry booze. Anyway, here in CA you have to get a work permit first.
