Especially when it comes to idiots like Smiler UK, who would have to change his screen name if Scotland got independence because the UK would be out of the window. I was actually reading a newspaper report yesterday & it seems more people in England are in favour of independence just now than in Scotland. The majority of those appeared to be idiots like this guy.

At the end of the day he's nothing but a Little Englander with an inflated sense of himself & his country. If a fence had to be built it would be to keep the likes of this small minded bigot out of Scotland, not vice versa.

What makes you think Scotland wants Independence.
A lot of people voted for SNP in Scotland as a protest against Labour and Tony Blair. A Conservative vote would not have seen change as unlike in England the Tory's are a minority party in Scotland
One of the SNP's policies is to have a referendum on Independence not just to impose Independence on the population and many voters knowing this would vote for the SNP but vote no in a referendum.

The people of England see prat's like Alex Salmond and think he is speaking for Scotland, Remember he is leading a Minority party in Hollyrood. That huge regional council Tony Blair foisted on us. Talk to most Scot's and they will tell you that they are happy being a Scot who is British probably the same as you are happy being English and British.
