A BBC-perfect accent on a woman is incredibly sexy!
Less formal accents are interesting and amusing (in a good way; wearm and charming to be around), but not as sexy.

Yes, I think it sounds very attractive. Especially the "classic" British accent. I think most Americans feel this way, that's why British receptionists and operators get paid a lot more.

Oh my gosh I love it on guys! They sound educated, different from the norm. But just like there are country American accents I don't like country British accents : )

There is no such thing as a "British Accent". I am from England and there are dozens of accents in England, Scotland, Wales and Ulster. It's common not to understand people from other areas.

Yes, because it is different to us. It brings to mind 007 and his smooth ways. Also, sophistication because of royalty. It implies a calm, non-aggressive, type of person.
