I have played DnD off and on over the last 30 years, starting with 1st edition, all the way to the current 3.5 edition. I have had several memorable characters over the years, it is impossible to mention them all.
One of the funnest was a Pict (the game took place in a historical setting of medieval Britain). Human Barbarian. He was a convert to Christianity and rabidly religious, while also being insanely violent. I think I got him to 10th level before I had to leave the game.
Another was a human thief. The game was actually a GURPS game and, while he was human, he was also a dwarf (not the race, but the genetic condition). He fought with two daggers and had incredible gymnastic skills, making him almost impossible to hit. I played him like a true mercenary.

Are you asking about table top D&D or the Online version that was put out a couple years ago?
And I did, but I haven't in many years. ( Table Top) as for the Online version... I have it on my shelf but I do not want to play the monthly fee.
I would rather play Guild Wars. no monthly subscription, and I don't have to leave the comfort of my own home .
