The best thing to do is to go to a health food store and get some DMAE, which is a natural substance with no side effects but has been shown to improve memory and concentration. I take it myself for that reason and every student I have recommended it to has thanked me. You can make yourself flash card of various thing by writing key words down in context, mixing them up and then, looking at them to see what you remember and what you don't and you will be able to tell what needs further study and what does not. Good Luck!!
