Draw a circle
Draw another circle in the middle. + Proton

On the edge of the larger circle write -Electron

The usual way is to draw a little circle with + inside and label that a proton. Then draw a larger circle around that, put a small circle in the circumfrence of the large circle, like -o-, with a - sign inside. That's the electron. You can also label the large circle the K-shell.
