Yes this is very normal. You may have leaking breast for up 1year. The pills to dry up your milk has been discontinued for years now. However there are things you could do. You could put cabbage leaves in your bra. Cut an opening for the nipple. This helps to dry up the milk. You could bind your breast really tight at all times and wear a bra at all times. All this info and more can be found in the resources I provided, but it is totally normal. However, I know you hate it. Good Luck

Mine would do that. I think it has something to do with your supply adjusting. Sometimes my DD will nurse alot and then slow down one night and Ill leak. Mostly this happens in the morning. I rarely leaked and just the other morning it happened. ( my daughters 5 months old)

you will no longer produce milk till 2-5 days after the toddler is born. some women - yet no longer all - will leak colostrum for the time of being pregnant, nevertheless. additionally, you should evaluate breastfeeding (according to probability carry out a little analyzing on the advantages) earlier identifying to "dry up". i do no longer think of docs supply pills for that anymore, the two. in case you do no longer breastfeed, you will possibly could desire to dry up on your guy or woman.

If you are no longer nursing or have not nursed your milk supply will eventually dry up and stop producing milk. If you continue to nurse or pump you will continue to produce milk.
