mind is like a frequency transmitter.just like our cellular towers!
it transmits energy, frequencies with various amplitudes and wavelengths.
and if[say] 2 such brains transmit the same frequency with the same wavelength and amplitude, and with same energy, but NOT for the same purpose, our mind may catch them as it possesses the same datas that of the other mind, but our mind may not use it for the same purpose as the other mind has set those signals for.i hope u get my point...in clear terms...if u pass on a message to ur pal through a messenger and the message reaches your enemy, their is a cross connection,or misunderstanding or a "failure route signal" that occurs and attacks you back[affects you negatively]
so,it is not fissible to obey the mindz signals all the time.and being very careful has no meaning as carefulness also has a particular frequency,if it undergoes a resonance.[similar frequency with some other mind]then the carefullness can result in carelessness!
it is not that possible to stop paying attention to signs of interference from other stations, but yes,all you can do is,activate your control unit so vigorously that it can catch the right signlas[thats why our sixth sense is so important to detect friends and dangers]
so,yes, listen to your mind's transmissions, but be careful at delicate affairs!

You are referring to self-talk? We need to listen to positive self-talk, but we have to sift through negative self-talk to make sure it's not overly critical or just plain not true. Negative self-talk can convince us thta we're stupid, slow, ugly, lazy, etc.
I'm not sure what you mean by signs of interference from other stations. I'd have to have that clarified before I could comment on that.

yes i think we should.usually when i;m not listening or not paying attention; i get a big shock from the interference and it brings me back to earth; if that makes any sense.

I find that brain signals are over-rated. They've never done much for me.
