Evaluate:

[ 1510 x 10102 / 516 - C16 / 01002 + 01012 / 01012 ] / 410

With 10 being the base on 15, 2 on 1010, 16 on 5, 16 on c, 2 on 100, 2 on 101, and 10 on 4

Convert all to base 10. Then the problem becomes
[ 15*10/5 - 12/4 + 5/5]/4
= (30 -3 + 1)/4 = 28/4 = 7.

Sorry, but this does not make sense to me.
01002 cannot be to base 2. A number nay not contain the base as one of its digits.
