Convert all to base 10. Then the problem becomes
[ 15*10/5 - 12/4 + 5/5]/4
= (30 -3 + 1)/4 = 28/4 = 7.

Sorry, but this does not make sense to me.
01002 cannot be to base 2. A number nay not contain the base as one of its digits.
