What age would you consider to old to go trick or treating?

I remember the moment I decided I was too old. I was dressed like a cowboy with the bandana pulled over the bottom half of my face like a rustler and a little old lady opened the door. She responded to me in fright, practically threw the candy at me and slammed the door shut. I decided I must be too tall and too old to be knocking on old lady's doors in a mask anymore. I think I was in middle school. So I'd say when it ceases to be cute and becomes scary, you're too old.

You're NEVER too old for trick-or-treating! If you're worried people will think it's weird then take some kids with you as an excuse! >^..^<

11 - unless you're a chaperone of some sort. I think kids should be discouraged from trick or treating though. There's nowt good about it.

20, or whatever you consider an adult. (it would be awkward for the people giving you candy to be younger than you are.)
