Go to http://collegesearch.collegeboard.com/search/adv_typeofschool.jsp
It's a service from College Board that helps you narrow down your list of colleges. On the first page you can select "4 year" and on the admissions section you can check either "75% or higher acceptance" or "all high school grads."
You can also use it to narrow down by location, size, etc.

Go to US News &World Report Higher Educations Rankings. They have a list of schools with the highest acception rate.
